The official Blizzcon Schedule is now up, let me highlight some of the big items I see and that I personally will be attending.  Also included for quick reference is the map of the convention for easy access.  Thanks to MrRoach for clueing me in on the schedule being posted!

There are halls for the WoW Tournaments, RTS Tournament, Panels and the Main Hall.  Then of course everyone’s favorite the gaming areas spread out between the main hall to the WoW tournament hall.

The schedule is jam packed with panels, one may find it hard to break free of all the great information to play some Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3.  But I have a plan and will guarantee to play both SC2 and Diablo 3 before I leave and have a blast doing both.  Of course I will be tweeting and blogging every moment.

Blizzcon Day 1 – Friday

Opening Ceremony | 11:30am – 12:00pm (Hall D)

This is a no brainer, they are sure to announce either Cataclysm, their new MMO, the WoW Movie, or some other juicy tidbit thats not to be missed.

BREAK | 12:00pm – 12:30pm

Game time…

World of Warcraft Preview Panel | 12:30pm -1:30pm (Hall D)

Why move from the opening ceremony when tons of glorious details regarding WoW is about to be shared with the masses?  Not I.

Man do I have questions for these guys.

BREAK | 1:30pm -2:00pm

OK quick 30 minute break before the next panel to grab some food

Diablo 3 Heroes & Monsters | 2:00pm -3:00pm (Hall D)

Time to get some tasty D3 info

BREAK | 3:00pm-3:30pm

OK another break, time to browse the goods and other vendors in the area, maybe grab some SC2 gameplay time before the…you guessed it….

Starcraft 2 Battle.net Discussion | 3:30pm – 4:30pm (Hall D)

Time to find out how the game works on battle.net, what changes they are making

BREAK | 4:30pm – 5:00pm

OK time to go scouting or play some Diablo 3 before the…well aren’t you smart…

World of Warcraft Classes, Items and Professions Discussion | 5:00pm – 6:00pm (Hall D)

Time to figure out whats going on with classes, items and professions, see its not just a clever title

Wander the Halls & check out contests | 6:00pm – 10:00pm

Well time to go around and see whats going on, there are tournaments going on.  Contests start at 6:00pm, so may check those out as well.  But most importantly…more gaming, more browsing.

Blizzcon Day 2 – Saturday

World of Warcraft Open Q&A OR Breaking into the Gaming Industry | 10:00am – 11:00am (Hall D or C)

Hard call, open Q&A on WoW or getting into the industry I love…

BREAK | 11:00am – 11:30am

More time to wander the showroom floor

Diablo 3 Open Q&A | 11:30am – 12:30pm (Hall D)

OK what the hell is Blizz doing with my raids and dungeons?  I need to know

BREAK | 12:30pm – 1:00pm

Gaming?  Browsing? Both?…not sure if I will have enough time.

World of Warcraft Dungeons & Raids | 1:00pm – 2:00pm (Hall D)

Time to get some more questions answered

BREAK | 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Sleep?  NO TIME!!!!!

StarCraft 2 Gameplay or WoW Live Raid | 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Hall D or C)

This is a tough choice, but SC2 may just win out.

Starcraft 2 Exibition Matches | 5:00pm -6:30pm (RTS Tournament Stage)

This should be fun to watch

WoW Blizz vs Pros OR Gaming | 4:30pm – 5:30pm (WoW tournament Stage or someplace else)

This will be a gametime decision can’t decide now…

Closing Ceremony | 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Time to close out Blizzcon 2009 and of course OZZY!!!!!!  The Prince of Darkness takes the stage
