I used it with Heroes and Conan it was a great help. I do not use it with WoW because I trained myself to the buttons and it was to hard to switch. Hopefully the gaming companies start bringing more options to the lefties, as even most Z-Boards limit you to being a righty or forced to play like a righty. Have never used one myself, but definitely would consider it. I'm a lefty myself, and therefore kinda outta luck w/ 2 of those--but i'm curious...the pictures look like it's ur left hand ur using in the device--and i assume w/ your right hand on the mouse....since i've already been geared this way to use my keyboard and mouse for WoW..if thats the case---shouldn't be very difficult to get used to ?
